By commissioning me, you'll get a DIGITAL drawing (.png file). No Prints nor other physical products.

When commissioning me, you'll have to provide full references of your character (no text descriptions).

I won't take any responsability for mistakes that may occur because of lack of references (or outdated ones) or bad/poor descriptions. You have to be very specific!

I can reject your order if I find myself unable to draw your character or to fulfill your expectations; or if I feel unconfortable with your order.

Please do NOT copy / trace / sell / heavily reference / use without permmission (from me or the commission's owner) / edit any of my works.

If you need your commission finished before a certain date, tell me before payment/ordering so I confirm you if I can have your drawing finished on time.

Rush orders have a +50% fee.

Priority orders also have a +50% fee (Priority = skip the waitlist and the current commission queue but no rush).

If no time-limit specifications are provided, I'll take my time to complete your commission.

It may take from two (2) to eight (8) weeks to deliver your commission depending on the amount of details/complexity (it can be more time depending on circunstances!). Please don't commission me if you're not ok with waiting AT LEAST 2 months for your order to be finished .

Please consider I probably have other commissions before yours when calculating the delivery-time. Be patient!

The customer will get a drawing without watermark for personal use. The customer will also get a watermarked version which can be uploaded publicly.

I won't take any responsability for any missundertsanding or mistake that may happen if you do not read these Terms of Service. Ignorance of them does not exempt from compliance.

Prices may increase over time!

I can modify my Terms of Service at any time, if I consider it's necessary.

Full payment must be done before starting your commission.

You can divide the payment in parts, but I will only start the commission once full payment is achieved.

After full payment is recieved, I'll start the sketch.

You can ask for 3 free changes during the sketch process. Just remember to be specific and don't forget anything you'd like me to change on it. All extra changes asked on the sketch phase will cost +$3 each.

Once the sketch is approved, I'll start cleaning/drawing it. At this point, you can no longer ask for huge changes, only additions or minor color changes. All extra changes asked on the lineart/coloring process (which include redrawing or adding things) will cost +$5 each.

I'll show you W.I.Ps from time to time to make sure everything is ok. If I don't show you a WIP, that means I don't have anything new yet.

If everything is ok, I'll deliver your finished commission and everything it may include.

Upfront payment, only Paypal (USD currency).

You have to give me your Paypal e-mail so I send you an invoice with the final price.

After the payment and your order are confirmed, there are NO refunds.

If I started your commission and then find myself unable to complete it, I'll give you a partial refund depending on how much did I progress on it. Refunds will never be a 100% of the total payed unless I never started your commission.

You'll be charged extra for any changes that you may ask AFTER I've started drawing the polished drawing or I have finished it.

You'll be also charged extra if the character has lots of details and/or contains props of any type (armors, weapons, plushies, pets, special effects, etc).

If the changes that you're asking for (when the commission was already approved and delivered) include redrawing the whole commission from zero (or most of it), I suggest you to commission another piece again instead of changing the original one, since the correction fee may be close to the original price and somethings can't be re-drawn.

Transparent or simple background (solid color/pattern).

I don't do complex backgrounds for now.

Prices apply only if you already have a designed character or references. There's an extra if you want me to design it from 0 for you.

ONLY WOMEN OR FEMENINE CHARACTERS. I can't draw men. Shotas/femenine boys OK!

The rigger is the one who does your different expressions by manipulating eyes, eyebrows, mouth, etc. I only do the neccesary art to "express" something so take in mind which "items" are needed for the expression you want. E.g: Hearts, heart-eyes, tears, angry vein, yandere shadow, etc. Each one of those will count as "extra expression/sticker" when pricing your model.

Please take in mind I work better with cute and femenine designs/clothing.

The base price includes full commercial rights on the model and the usage of it.

If you're going to sell your model in the future, please let me know BEFORE you do it. You can't resell your model for a higher price than the one you paid for it.

Prices above apply if you want different types of badges/designs/shapes.

If you want just different colors for the same badge, base price is $15 and +$5 for each color change.
